Beaches

There are over 3 dozen beaches on St John! Most are within and protected by the Virgin Islands National Park.

A great resource for St John beaches is the St John Beach Guide. It has lots of photos, maps and information on each beach, how to get there and the best snorkeling spots on St John, US Virgin Islands.

#1 St John snorkeling destination is Waterlemon Cay. It’s a must-see … and be sure to investigate the ruins at Annaberg Plantation, Old Danish Guard House ruins and the Murphy House Windy Hill ruins …. all of which are along the way to Waterlemon Cay.
